We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely. We realize this health situation has disrupted your travel plans and we are doing everything we can to support you.

Our highest priority is first and foremost you and your family’s safety. Next is to answer all your questions, take care of your requests and assist you with your future travel plans. Most cruise lines have made the decision of temporarily suspending their operations for the well-being of their customers and staff. As a result, there has been a vast amount of cancellations and longer waiting times to reach our trusted suppliers.

All our customers are equally important to us. However, please be advised that we are working through all sailings in departure date order.

  • -We are giving priority to bookings based on their departure date. However, we are aware of all affected bookings and will reach out to our customers to assist them and notify them of any updates regarding their bookings.
  • -Future Cruise Credit vouchers* will be offered for all affected sailings which can be transferred to an alternative booking or a full refund if you prefer (if applicable). *T&C’s apply.
